These statistics are copy and paste that do not necessarily reflect what's on AK. Is there updated info since 2015 for at least dexterity (affecting rangers) and charisma (affecting charm)?

Charisma:

I put the charisma/charm information on the Enchanter class wiki. I sourced it from the TAKP forums.

Dexterity:

Proc rates currently scale from 0.25 PPM at 0 dexterity to 2 PPM at 255 dexterity (no increases after 255) for the mainhand, regardless of weapon delay. Chance is divided by 1.6 for the offhand. Source

For Archery, dexterity only influences to hit. There is no damage bonus for archery. Source
