This ability will allow you to turn into a water elemental, which grants underwater breathing, decreases stamina loss, and increases mana regeneration. The stamina reduction and mana regeneration benefits increase with each rank.
The recast timer for each rank is 15 minutes. This is not accurately displayed in the PC client.
