INT Casters

INT casters refer to classes that use Intelligence to determine max mana. These classes are:

Enchanter
Magician
Wizard
Necromancer

For the purposes of the newbie armor quests, INT caster refers to Enchanter, Magician, and Wizard. Necromancers have their own quest lines.
