Speak to Prime Patriarch Vuzx in Cabilis.
  <p><strong>Objective:</strong> Collect 3 Spiderling Silks and 1 Scarab Carapace.</p>
Say "What powers?" to receive the quest.

Travel to the Swamp of No Hope.
    <li>Speak to Prime Patriarch Vuzx after completing the 1st test.</li>
Hunt Swamp Leeches and Giant Swamp Leeches until you collect 4 Leech Husks.
    <li>Travel to the <strong>Field of Bone</strong>.</li>
Return to Prime Patriarch Vuzx and turn in the 4 Leech Husks.
    <li>Kill the following for drops:

    <li>Travel to either the <strong>Lake of Ill Omen</strong> or <strong>Warsliks Woods</strong>.</li>
    <li>Kill <em>Goblin Watchers</em> until you obtain 4 Signal Torches.</li>
    <li>Return to Prime Patriarch Vuzx and turn in the 4 torches.</li>

    <li>Travel to the <strong>Lake of Ill Omen</strong>.</li>
    <li>Hunt:
      <ul>
        <li><em>Goblin Hunters</em> for Javelins (common drop).</li>
        <li><em>Sarnak Broodlings</em> for Broodling Fangs (rarer drop). Recommended spots: (+4715, -4236) or (+5248, -4696).</li>
      </ul>
    </li>
    <li>Collect the items and return to Prime Patriarch Vuzx.</li>
  </ul>

  <p><strong>Objective:</strong> Collect 4 Froglok Tuk Warrior Buckler Shields.</p>
Kill the following for drops:
  <ul>
Bonecrawler Hatchlings or Bonebinder Hatchlings for Spiderling Silks.
    <li>Speak to Prime Patriarch Vuzx after completing the 4th test.</li>
Emerald Scarabs or Carrion Beetle Hatchlings for a Scarab Carapace. (Optional: Emerald Fencers drop them but are approx. level 14.)
    <li>Travel to the <strong>Swamp of No Hope</strong>.</li>
Collect 3 Spiderling Silks and 1 Scarab Carapace.
    <li>Kill <em>Froglok Tuk Warriors</em> until you obtain 4 Buckler Shields.</li>
Return to Prime Patriarch Vuzx and turn in the items.
    <li>Return to Prime Patriarch Vuzx and turn in the items.</li>
✅ Reward: Patriarch's Cap

Objective: Collect 4 Goblin Watcher Signal Torches.
 
Steps:
 
Speak to Prime Patriarch Vuzx after completing the 2nd test.
Travel to either the Lake of Ill Omen or Warsliks Woods.
Kill Goblin Watchers until you obtain 4 Signal Torches.
Return to Prime Patriarch Vuzx and turn in the 4 Goblin Watcher Signal Torches.

📈 Faction Gains: +8 Scaled Mystics, +2 Legion of Cabilis
 
4th Test of the Patriarch

Objective: Collect 4 Leech Husks.

  • Speak to Prime Patriarch Vuzx in Cabilis.
  • Say "What powers?" to receive the quest.
  • Travel to the Swamp of No Hope.
  • Hunt Swamp Leeches and Giant Swamp Leeches until you collect 4 Leech Husks.
  • Return to Prime Patriarch Vuzx and turn in the 4 Leech Husks.

2nd Test of the Patriarch

Objective: Collect 3 Spiderling Silks and 1 Scarab Carapace.

  • Speak to Prime Patriarch Vuzx after completing the 1st test.
  • Travel to the Field of Bone.
  • Kill the following for drops:

  • Speak to Prime Patriarch Vuzx after completing the 2nd test.

  • Kill Goblin Watchers until you obtain 4 Signal Torches.
  • Return to Prime Patriarch Vuzx and turn in the 4 torches.
