Used for a lot of the Newbie Armor Quests for plate or mail classes.
Has the worst weight-to-merchant-value ratio that I've ever seen, so don't bother lugging home more than you need.

Likely many more.
Does *not* stack on TAKP. (Stacks on Live, does not exist on p99)
