There are a number of Planes of Power progression guides and walkthroughs, some are linked here. There may be differences of course since these refer to live during the PoP timeframe (or perhaps even the current progression servers). Examples would be automatic access to specific zones once you reach certain levels or the 85/15 virtual flagging rule. Alt access gets you into the zone, but you still need to complete all previous flags normally to move on.
