There are a number of Planes of Power progression guides and walkthroughs, some are linked here. There may be differences of course since these refer to live during the PoP timeframe (or perhaps even the current progression servers). Alternate access quests for the zones they exist for is per character. Alt access gets you into the zone, but you still need to complete all previous flags normally to move on. You can however typically get the flags for that zone and then backtrack/fix your flags and continue on. | |||
