Destiny is one of the original guilds from Al’Kabor (The original EQ Macintosh Server) and has existed since that server launch in 2004. Destiny's current home is The Al`Kabor Project (TAKP).

We have always considered ourselves first and foremost, a family guild. We work hard for each member, support the server where we live and always strive to support and maintain positive relationships with the membership and leadership of the other guilds on TAKP.

Since our humble beginnings on Al'Kabor there has always been a philosophy within the guild of progressing in a way that benefits the membership while doing the right thing. We don't believe in an "end justifies the means" methodology. We support our members, the server and its developers and the other guilds who we share Norrath with. That is how we succeed.

This attitude has borne fruit. We were one of the dominant guilds on Al'Kabor and were a few months away from tackling the Plane of Time before the server sunset. On TAKP we have been successful as well. Currently we are killing the endgame content of Luclin and wait for the arrival of Planes of Power.

Our only requirement is that you agree with our philosophy. While we strongly encourage our members to join us in raiding when they are logged on there is no requirement to do so. We realize that some prefer to quest, work on their trade skills or just play casually and slowly level their characters.

We welcome players from all time zones. We have a large US EST and Euro presence but have members from all across the globe. We usually raid several weeknights every week at around 9PM EST. We frequently have mid week raids at 8PM British Standard Time. In addition there is always a Saturday or Sunday raid at 3PM EST (8PM BST). We also do off night pick up raids on smaller raid targets ( shawl crawls, epic fights, smaller Luclin/Velious targets)

Destiny always respects her members real life commitments. Many of our long-time players grew up with EQ. We started out as children or young adults. Now we have children of our own. Add to this demanding work schedules and other real life commitments and it can be hard to find the time to play. As we say, real life comes first. We can always make it work.

The answer is: all of them. Your characters are not what is important to us. You are. Whether you're a Gnome Enchanter or a Troll Shadowknight your presence adds to the strength and personality of our guild. Destiny is looking for the right people with the right attitude who will call Destiny their EQ home for life.

We currently reached our limit of active applicants at a time, so we are throttling down accepting new applicants until we have properly get to know our current ones.
